The Creature

So, at hot pot the other day we thought it would be a brilliant idea to try out some of China's strangest foods. This resulted in the monstrosity which you see above, which is presently nameless. I was thinking about calling it a clurd for no particular reason, it just sounds right. Any suggestions are certainly welcome.

The creature in question is made up of:

1) A sheep's brain

2) Chicken wings

and 3) A chicken foot at the top of the head. I'm not sure what this is for, but it is likely the creature's only form of self-defence.

In case you were wondering, brains kind of melt in your mouth like a stick of butter would. Not that I've ever tried anything disgusting like that...

Now known as Shebrai Chi Win in China, this delicacy was first created in the People's Republic of Manitoba by a local Mennonite tribe who have since perished from malnutrition.
Heavy eaters could be identified by tendencies to follow the behavior of others in a group without thinking and occassionally leaping very high into the air faster than speeding bullets.

Pop is incorrect in assuming that the sheep's brain eating Mennonite tribe he speaks of simply died out over the course of history. The truth is that members of this group merely bred with other ethnic groups and their offspring live on today in every corner of the world.
They can be identified by their extremely short, curly hair and their annoying manner of speaking using the vowel "A" repeatedly (eg: baaaaseball) somewhat like the Dutch. Perhaps also as a result of their ancestor's diet they have been known to suffer severe headaches if their hair has been allowed to dry too quickly - thereby painfully shrinking their lanolin laced scalps.
